AnnotQTL API

AnnotQTL is a tool designed to gather the functional annotations of genes for specific chromosomal regions. It provides the locations of genes in a specific region using NCBI and Ensembl data. Then, it adds the functional annotations from other databases such as Gene Ontology, Mammalian Phenotype, HGNC, PubMed, etc. The AnnotQTL API makes these functions available to users via SOAP calls.
