From their site: This API will allow you to run a Call Center Connect campaign using an API. The benefit is that you can control the type of popup screen you want and the way to collect data and get to the next call. Has a function that will collect information about the call that was connected and immediately put the Agent on a queue for the next available call. Dialer apps might use this API.
