CarQuery is an API which provides general automobile information including year, make, model, trim, and specifications. CarQuery currently provides data for over 49 thousand vehicles produced from 1941 through 2012, for 151 manufacturers, and growing.

The CarQuery API is in JavaScript and returns responses in JSON. CSV files are available for download.
