API Mashups (1)
Of the many APIs we published this week, eight were highlighted on the blog by our team of writers. In this post, we’ll shine a spotlight on those eight, which included the InviteBox Reward Callback API. InviteBox is a social referral program that offers incentives to sign up for a site or service. Functionality allows developers to see reports of users posting to social channels, when a friend visits a referred site, and when someone completes a referral goal.
Cheezburger, one of the largest social humor networks on the Internet, has launched a new Cheezburger API which allows developers to create innovative applications (web, mobile and desktop) where users can experience the Cheezburger platform by sharing lolcats, memes, and other funny pictures.
The popular picture-sharing empire behind I Can Has Cheezburger lets you view, caption and share funny images. You can do this via its sites and, the now, thanks to their API, you can do it via code (technical details at our Cheezburger API profile).
