Deutsche Telekom IP Location API

Deutsche Telekom offers broadband and fixed-network services all over Europe. It's IP Location API lets developers create applications that can determine the region where a user is located based on their IP address. This allows a website's content to automatically adapt to the visitor's region. The API uses both REST and SOAP protocol and responses are formatted in XML.
