DiscoverText API

The service provides analytics tools for monitoring and interpreting traffic on social media sites. Text processing algorithms derive indications and insights about customers, products, and business issues. The active-learning engine adapts to combinations of text discovered to support interpretations and decision-making.

API methods support submission of a text query to match and retrieval of files, social media site URLs, and other resources related to the query. Methods also support retrieval of metadata about those resources rather than or in addition to the resources themselves.
