EB-eye Search API

The EB-eye web service is text search engine that indexes the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) databases for DNA and genomics in various formats such as flatfiles, XML, OBO, etc. The web service API provides access to the core EB-eye functionality and lets users search globally over all EBI databases.
