The service provides tools for managing email marketing campaigns, with bulk messaging and list management and control of feedback loops such as unsubscribe request and complaint processing. It facilitates white-listing management and handling of bounce and bad-address functions. Analytical tools include message tracking and delivery statistics.

API methods support list and subscriber management (add/edit/delete), campaign configuration and message delivery, and bounced message management. Methods also support tracking by data source, subscriber history, and domain.
