Fitbook.es is a online application that records all your body measurements (weight, body fat, waist, arms, chest, legs...) and builds graphs of them for online publishing. The site can be integrated with Facebook to share data amongst friends. The fitbook API allows developers to integrate the service into their apps and sites. The API can be used to show data visualizations of weight and body fat loss. It uses REST protocol and responses are in a graphical format. The site and documentation are in Spanish.
