GenomeMatrix API

GenomeMatrix performs parallel genome analyses and connects multi-species functional information with a collection of manually curated experimental data. It is capable of displaying multi-species data sets for single genes, pathways, or entire chromosomal regions inside an interactive matrix display. If desired, users can retrieve additional detailed information and references. Some of GenomeMatrix's functions are available programmatically as SOAP APIs.
