GMOD API

GMOD, short for Generic Model Organism Database, is a project based on creating and managing genome-scale biological databases. GMOD provides a set of open-source tools to accomplish this. One of the tools provided is the GMOD RESTful API for querying genes and terms in different biological databases, such as FlyBase. The API is currently in private beta.
