grnVoIP is a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) that focuses on Voip-to-PSTN termination services. grnVoIP's main customers include enterprises and internet telephony service providers (ITSPs). grnVoIP offers services both at a business level and a wholesale level.
With the grnVoIP API developers can create retail accounts from an ecommerce shopping cart, create agent programs, monitor call metrics, as well as access and download account and user details into their own client relationship management system. The API uses the SOAP protocol.
