Homes.com Neighborhood Envoy API

The service provides a neighborhood profile for real-estate buyers based on 300 factors related to schools, population demographics, employment, climate, and local features. It allows integration with Multiple Listing System (MLS) property search to allow buyer review of prospective properties.

API methods support submission of a property location and return data about the surrounding neighborhood. Methods allow integration with property displays, both on the web and via mobile device, along with reporting by location.
