Hostip.info is a community-based project to geolocate IP addresses, making the database freely available but it needs you to put in your city to make it work. Available as a Firefox plug-in, or embeddable in your website.
Click the "Track this API" button on any profile page and never miss an API update, new app, or breaking news for that API again.
There are no source code libraries or how-to links for hostip.info. If you know one why not add it?
