Joey Calca's Post to Facebook API

The Post to Facebook API - provided by HackedExistence's Joey Calca - allows users to create a button for making one-time posts to the end user's Facebook Wall. Unlike Facebook's Open Graph API, the end user doesn't have to grant the Post to Facebook app special permissions to post to their Wall. The button used to make the one-time post can be replaced with any text or image the user desires.
