Loggly is a cloud based logging service, with tools for collecting data in any format, searching data easily and accessing data analytics. Loggly also provides a RESTful API for developers to create their own applications around the Loggly services. Developers can send events to Loggly, retrieve events and access inputs and devices.

The Loggly Shell SDK by Loggly and Jason Skowronski allows API interaction to access log management features. To install, author provides Linux configuration, Apache script, file monitoring, Tomcat configuration, S3 bucket configuration, and Nginx script.
