ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus API

ManageEngine is a producer of Enterprise IT Management Software. The ServiceDesk Plus API allows users to integrate with their network monitoring application. With the API users are given functionality such as:

* Adding new request, editing, closing, deleting and viewing existing requests.

* Adding new notes to a request, editing, deleting and viewing existing notes.

* Adding worklog to a request, editing, deleting and viewing existing worklogs.

The API uses RESTful calls and responses are formatted in XML.
