MintChip API

The Royal Canadian Mint has created MintChip, a digital currency that can be used online, on mobiles, and on other devices as real currency with real value. MintChip also works offline at physical point-of-sales.

The MintChip API allows developers to access and integrate the functionality of hosted MintChip with other applications and to create new applications. Some example API methods include retrieving chip information, retrieving chip log entries, and retrieving the value of the chip.
