Network Analysis Tools (NeAT) API

Network Analysis Tools (NeAT) provides a suite of modular programs for analyzing biological networks. In addition to performing statistical analyses and assessments, NeAT can also generate graphs and other visualizations. It provides methods by which to create and work with contingency tables and position-specific scoring matrices (PSSM). NeAT can also perform position- and pattern-related calculations on oligonucleotides, seed nodes, and other important units of biological data.
