New York State Police IEPD API

The New York State Police (NYSP) has published a collection of Information Exchange Package Documentations (IEPDs) that can be used by authorized agencies to build web service message exchanges. These IEPDs take the form of SOAP APIs that allow authorized departments to retrieve and - in some cases - update information. This includes information on wanted individuals, missing persons, vehicle registration, NCIC articles, guns, LoJacked vehicles, and much more.
