With the calendar turning to June, we'll take the opportunity to look back at some of our Mashup of the Day selections for May that haven't yet been covered. These mashups make use of APIs from Amazon, Google Maps, New York Times and Facebook.
It's always exciting to see those outside the web industry using an API to improve their sites. NY Times First Look blog has a great example of what Dallas Public Library has done with the Best Sellers API.
The tagline of the Times Open blog is "All the news that's fit to printf()", and that clever play on the paper's motto gains more credence with each new API released.
