Description	From their site: The Ning REST API offers a fast and easy way to import, export, and share data from apps running on Ning across the web or onto your desktop. This powerful web services API is now available to all apps by default - you don't have to write a single line of code to use it. It's based the popular web services methodology, REST. This means that you use standard HTTP requests and URLs to access the API. Whatever your favorite programming language is, it can talk to the Ning REST API. Even better, a lot of the Ning REST API uses other existing standards, including the Atom syndication format and publishing protocol. We're working on adding other useful formats (such as JSON) too.
