Nokia Ovi Places API

Nokia offers numerous client APIs as well as a server API that enable users to add Nokia Maps to their service, application, or website. All of the APIs support the same core functionality, allowing users to display interactive maps, show locations and places, and calculate and display routes.

The Nokia Places API allows developers to enrich Web sites with places-related services (Nokia Places). The JavaScript API lets the developer provide a search facility for users and a means to display the results that include information such as place name, address, contact details, location map, rating, reviews, as well as related premium content. The API is currently in Beta.
