Passta API

Passta (Protein annotation by secondary-structure based alignment) helps determine whether a protein sequence is related to a protein with known structure. For a given protein sequence, the program returns a Passta alignment with associated secondary structure element information.

Passta is available as a web console or as a SOAP API.
