PubMLST API

PubMLST is a site that hosts publicly accessible Multilocus Sequence Typing (MLST) databases and software. It provides means of accessing these databases in common formats suitable for easy linking and importation to local resources.

The PubMLST API enables software developers to write applications that can query the MLST databases directly without using the standard web interface. It uses SOAP protocol and responses are formatted in XML.
