Real Estate Transaction Standard API

The Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) is a common language spoken by systems that handle real estate information. This enables systems such as multiple listing services to easily integrate real estate information from multiple sources. RETS was developed by the Real Estate Standards Organization. The standard can be accessed programmatically using SOAP calls.
