RED ALERT API

RED ALERT is an emergency notification system to send mass notifications via phone, SMS, pager, and e-mail. It can also be used to send event notifications and event reminders on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, and for one-time special events. The SOAP API allows developers to programmatically access RED ALERT functionality and integrate it into their systems. Documentation is not publicly available.
