ReelSurfer is a service that lets users clip and share any video from any website. In order to clip a video, users can use a bookmarklet or go to the ReelSurfer site and enter the URL of the video. Clips can be combined and organized into reels that can then be shared with friends. The ReelSurfer API provides programmatic access to the service's functionality. Currently users can use the API to create new clips. The API uses XML-RPC calls and responses are formatted in XML.
