Regulatory Sequence Analysis Tools (RSAT) offers a series of applications dedicated to the detection of regulatory signals in non-coding DNA sequences. The only input required is a list of genes of interest. From this information, users can retrieve upstream sequences, discover putative regulatory signals, search matching positions for these signals, and display results graphically in the form of a feature map.
