ServiceObjects DOTS Address API

ServiceObjects provides data quality services (demographic, firmographic, netographic, and geographic content) to help customers enhance and validate contact information. The services allow applications to match records against their databases to enhance customer data in real-time. DOTS is an integrated set of Web Services that help businesses by applying demographic, firmographic, and geographic information.

The DOTS Address APIs provide geocoding and address validation services. Users can translate street addresses to exact latitude, longitude, block, tract, county and other information derived from these coordinates. The APIs also validate and verify US addresses by checking them against a continuously updated database of CASS-Certified USPS valid street addresses as well as other public and proprietary online databases.


The API uses SOAP protocol and responses are formatted in XML.
