ShockeyMonkey API

Shockey Monkey is a management and customer relations service. An account is required for use of the ShockeyMonkey API. The API allows users to use contact management, company management, and ticket management operations within their pre-existing ShockeyMonkey account. The API uses REST calls and Returns XML.
