The StrikeIron Foreign Exchange Rates API provides both current (updated every 30-minutes) and historical foreign exchange rates based on the London Close (11:30am EST) for 160 currencies. Rates are quoted either in U.S. dollars per foreign currency unit or in foreign currency units per U.S. dollar. This API can be accessed via SOAP calls using the XML data format.
