Track this API

The Developer Location API from Finland's TeliaSonera enables a user to locate themselves through their mobile device. When locating the device for the first time the located mobile device owner is asked if he/she wants to be located. The user can allow locating by sending an SMS. The locating returns the mobile device's Cell ID. The Cell ID in turn be used by the Location API Cell ID - resource to locate the device on a cell-based accuracy. The Cell ID resource currently works only in Sonera's Finland network.
