TogoWS API

TogoWS aims to integrate and simplify API access to databases provided by major bioinformatics centers, such as NCBI, EBI, DDBJ, KEGG, PDBj, and CBRC. These databases' APIs are especially useful for high throughput analyses. TogoWS provides users with a way of accessing all of them uniformly via SOAP or REST calls.

The TogoWS website and API documentation are available in both English and Japanese.
