The "service endpoint" should be http://www.uniprot.org/.

There is no "HTTP Basic Auth".

The "data license" is described at http://www.uniprot.org/help/license (CC Attrib-NoDerivs).

The proper logo can be found at http://www.uniprot.org/images/logo.gif.
