WikiPathways API

WikiPathways is an open, public platform dedicated to the curation of biological pathways by and for the scientific community. It helps facilitate the contribution and maintenance of pathway information by the biology community. WikiPathways has a wiki page for each pathway that displays the current diagram, description, references, download options, version history, and component gene and protein lists. The API lets developers access the service programmatically. It uses SOAP calls and responses are in XML.
