Yahoo Network Time API

Network Time is a simple utility service that provides the current time on Yahoo servers. The API provides configuration parameters for users to customize the format as desired. Users can request the timestamp format in either unix timestamp or milliseconds. The API uses RESTful calls and responses are formatted in XML, JSON and PHP.
