ProgrammableWeb query language

What is the query language of ProgrammableWeb?

Query <mapping, photo> returns 2 results
Query <mapping photo> (no comma) returns no result
Query <photo, mapping> (order changed) returns no result

1. Is the search engine looking for whole strings in API/mash-up documentation?
2. How can I restrict a search to look for a mash-up/API tagged with the given tags?
3. Is the search engine looking for both tags and keywords in API/mash-up documentation?

Best,
Maciej

Re: ProgrammableWeb query language

Hi Maciej, good questions, I think the search you're looking for

http://www.programmableweb.com/tag/mapping+photo

That advanced filtering is a feature of the API and mashup directories themselves. We may in the future extend this to be part of the general search function.

Hope this helps!

Re: ProgrammableWeb query language

Thanks a lot -- that really helps.
