Are you manually copy, paste contacts to Sales Force?

Software for you:

AddressGrabber™ for WebCRM is an one click contact capture tool for salesforce.com that allows you to capture leads, contacts from any source - web pages, emails, online directories, documents and imports them into salesforce.com CRM. You can also import the captured leads into MS Excel. No more manual data entry. AddressGrabber for WebCRM also transfers Outlook address book contacts to salesforce.com with a click!

Yes, I have heard about such tool and it is really very good for implementing all the necessary things. Through this you can import all the leads.
