Mashups - cool but is there a way to create and demo without coding ?

Hi there

I don't have a techie background however I was wondering if there were simple ways to test mashups without having to actually "code".

Does anyone have any suggestions ?

thanks !

Hi Rian, if you're talking about building mashups without coding there are different options. For maps try mapbuilder.net or platial.com, or for  data mashups try grazr.com or pipes.yahoo.com.

You can try http://www.mymapsplus.com. The idea behind this site is that you first create the map design using the new Google My Maps service, then you use MyMapsPlus to embed the map into a web page. There are a range of presentation options to customize the map appearance and more features on the way.

I submitted the url a few days ago so hopefully the site will be included here soon ;-)

Also, you can use http://dabbledb.com to import data from a database and it will make nice charts and maps. It says it can be set to pull the data periodically. But the maps don't go to a local level.
