Winewinewine.com is a wine lovers’ resource (written in Dutch) that can help track wine collections and provide wine recommendations for food pairing. The company’s artificially Intelligent advisor, “WineStein”, is designed to make pairing food and wine simple. First you select a dish, then click “show wine advice”, then WineStein quickly populates a list of recommendations. Users can easily navigate the recommendations to find reviews, detailed analysis and make a personal note to aid others in their decision. With the WineStein API developers can easily integrate this functionality into existing e-stores.
ResultR deserves mention as it's a meta search engine mashup built by two self-described "Web 2.0 Kids" as a high-school project. With it you can create your own search engine by choosing from 30+ sources you might want to include in your results.
