As application development becomes more complex in the era of the cloud organizations are finding that it’s not so much the tools they are using that are the problem but rather the lack of a coordinated approach to managing the build, test and deploy process.
The company that launched the world's first grocery API now has a new mobile app, built upon its own platform. Anyone with a Tesco account and a Nokia phone can now add rhubarb and salad to their virtual cart while out and about. Like the API itself, the app gives us a glimpse of how we might all shop in the future, even if the future is just next year.
In 2007; Jono (Jonathan Morse), Dusty, and Kevin created Tripleseat to streamline event planning processes with robust software. Five years later, restaurants and event planners can easily capture leads, manage bookings, generate documents, manage contacts, and run reports from simple user interfaces.
