Zen-SMS is a customized Zendesk integration that automatically sends SMS notifications to your customers when you close a ticket. The customer telephone number (and other details) are pulled from custom fields in the ticket to compose the SMS message. An email confirmation is sent to you, confirming the SMS message that was delivered.
