When I looked at a 6 year old, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2800 sq ft home, ZILLOW.com estimated its value by comparing to 20 year old, 3 bed, 2 bath 1800 sq ft homes.the Zestimate was in my price range. Imagine my disappointment at spending so much time researching only to see the house had just sold for 40% higher than the Zestimate. Will NOT go to Zillow again. |
