35 Customer Service APIs: FanBridge, UserVoice and SnapEngage

Our API directory now includes 35 customer service APIs. The newest is the Vivocha API. The most popular, in terms of mashups, is the FanBridge API. We list just a single FanBridge mashup. Below you'll find some more stats from the directory, including the entire list of customer service APIs.

In terms of the technical details, REST and XML lead the way. There are 23 customer service REST APIs and 8 customer service SOAP APIs. Our directory lists 22 customer service XML APIs and 15 customer service JSON APIs.
