Daily API RoundUp: Mobingi, moCloud, Cloud FastPath, Tipimail, Node.js

Every day, the ProgrammableWeb team is busy, updating its three primary directories for APIs, clients (language-specific libraries or SDKs for consuming or providing APIs), and source code samples. If you have new APIs, clients, or source code examples to add to ProgrammableWeb’s directories, we offer forms (APIs, Clients, Source Code) for submitting them to our API research team. If there’s a listing in one of our directories that you’d like to claim as the owner, please contact us at editor@programmableweb.com.

We've added seven APIs to the ProgrammableWeb directory in categories including Application Development, Cloud, and Email. Also, several Node.js frameworks were added to the directory. Here's a summary of the latest additions.

APIs

Tervela provides big data tools with secure cloud migration systems. The Tervela Cloud FastPath API is a data migration platform with cloud management capabilities. Build data pipelines, and group data sources and apps with the API.

The Tervela API is categorized under Big Data. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Big Data APIs.

Mobingi provides cloud application development and management tools and services. The Mobingi REST API allows developers to access and integrate the functionality of Mobingi with other applications. API access comes with account service. We've categorized the Mobingi API under the Application Development category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Application Development APIs.

moCloud is an application management platform. The moCloud REST API allows developers to access and integrate the functionality of moCloud with other applications. Example API methods include deploying and managing apps, managing users or stacks. We've categorized the moCloud API under Cloud category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Cloud APIs.

Tipimail is a custom email platform. Tipimail API enables users to access their accounts for email delivery service from other apps, Web sites, or platforms. With the API, users can retrieve their data, send emails, and set their accounts. The Tipimail API is listed under the Email category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Email APIs.

Meideistudio is based in Spain and provides startup development services. The Meideistudio Videolean API is a platform that aids in creating professional videos. Users can select templates from categories like restaurants or crowdfunding, then customizes text, music, and other aspects of the video.

This API is listed under the Video category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Video APIs.

As mentioned previously, ClickBank is a digital lifestyle marketplace that delivers products to customers in 190 countries. Two more APIs from ClickBanks were added to the directory. The Orders API allows developers to access order data according to date and time parameters. The Analytics API allows retrieval of statistic data in XML protocol. Users can get affiliate, category, currency, and language statistics with the API. These APIs are listed under the Marketplace category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Marketplace APIs.

Frameworks, SDKs & Libraries

We continuously add frameworks to this part of the directory, and today we feature several Node.js frameworks that were recently added.

The COKE Node.js framework from DreamersLab aims to provide developers with a full stack MVC framework that expedites Web development.

Danf Node.js Framework by Gnodi is a javascript/node.js full-stack isomorphic OOP framework allowing developers to code the same way on both client-side (browser) and server-side (node.js). It provides many features to produce scalable, maintainable, testable and performant applications.

Loopback by StrongLoop is an open source Node.js framework built on top of Express which is optimized for building APIs for mobile, Web, and other devices. The framework allows developers to connect to multiple data sources, write business logic in Node.js, glue on top of existing services and data, and connect using JavaScript, iOS & Android SDKs.

Percolator Node.js Framework by Gregg Caines allows developers to build quality HTTP APIs in Node.js.

RhapsodyJS aims to be a HMVC framework that runs on top of Express 4 while also creating a RESTful API for models. Additionally, it supports sockets, middleware/policies system, and includes other features.

Restberry by Mattias Eriksson is a framework for setting up RESTful JSON APIs with NodeJS. It allows for the indentification of models and setup CRUD API calls without the need for code writing to write code. API calls handle and identify issues as well as issue necessary HTTP responses and alerts to debug error responses. Restberry also provides authentication and permission checks and throws appropriate errors.

The Actionhero.js framework aims to be a multi-transport Node.JS API Server with integrated cluster capabilities and delayed tasks.
