DocuSign Fall 2013 Release to Include New Identify Proofing API

DocuSign, a leading global eSignature service, has announced upcoming enhancements to the DocuSign Trust Network which includes a new DocuSign Identify Proofing API. DocuSign already provides an Enterprise API that allows developers to integrate the DocuSign eSignature service with websites and third-party applications.

The new DocuSign Identify Proofing API (ID/API) will be available in the Fall 2013 release and will provide a select group of third-party identity proofing service providers the ability to integrate their identity proofing services with the DocuSign Cloud.

David Horsager, Author of "The Trust Edge," is quoted in the press release as saying:
