Google Launches DoubleClick Ad Exchange Seller API

Yesterday, Google announced the launch of a new API that gives developers programmatic access to their DoubleClick Ad Exchange Seller inventory and the ability to generate reports.

Using the new DoubleClick Ad Exchange Seller REST API, developers can perform a variety of functions programmatically such as retrieve data for existing ad clients, ad units, URL and custom channels. Developers can also generate reports using specific query parameters, the data is returned in JSON format. Reports can be returned in CSV format if desired by adding "alt=csv" as part of the query. Google recommends that all API requests use OAuth 2.0 for authorization.

Developers can use the Google APIs Explorer to experiment with the new API or get started by reading the documentation.
