Yesterday's Guardian (UK) has a good story by Jack Schofield on mashups entitled "It's all in the mix". The subtitle reads "What do you get if you combine, say, the tagging system from one site with the RSS feed of another? A software mashup, one of the hits of Web 2.0."
Gives a well-rounded background on the state of mashups from a UK perspective. Includes profiles a couple of UK mashup creators -- Dan Catt (Geobloggers.com) who now works at Yahoo, and Dom Ramsey (Local Knowledge based on BBC Backstage). David Berlind is interviewed and once again provides some good insights. And, it includes a good set of stats from our own MashupFeed.
