Agile CRM for Small Business Launches API
Need to get going with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system fast? Agile CRM has just launched an API to bring its features and data to third party apps. The entire platform has a game change feel about it.
Agile CRM's customers will tell you that the time it takes to set up is ridiculous. What do I mean by ridiculous? Take Gary Tramer, Head of Strategy at WebReception, who claims that, "Within 20 minutes we had customised the CRM, sent out a complex outbound email campaign and are already converting our leads. Insane!" These people are out to challenge the speed of light.
As the documentation specifies, this is an HTTPS-only API. They have both Java and PHP clients. Responses are in JSON and XML. The API is actually a suite of 3 APIs, one for contacts, deals and notes. Pricing starts at free for 250 contacts and 500 emails with one campaign, and moves up from $14.99/month per user based on number of contacts, emails and campaigns.
Agile CRM's API joins 124 APIs related to CRM in our API directory.
White-Label Service Wurl Video Launches Streaming API
The API documentation covers a broad range of issues, from video playback to watch lists. Wurl curates video programming bundles for end user ease of use. Developers can create search and browse interfaces, play any video and offer rich metadata from their own branded app.
The service does not index or stream user-generate content or pirated videos.
